When you join our team of 8 finance professionals, you'll have the opportunity to learn how finance supports large-scale technology transformation at a global retailer. As an intern, you'll experience all aspects of technology finance: from the monthly close and reconciliations, to financial reporting and analysis, to business intelligence, dashboarding and the practical use of AI to make finance smarter. You'll work together with the rest of the team, from time to time also with colleagues from Ahold Delhaize's great local brands worldwide and you'll be responsible for your own projects. You will support the Ahold Delhaize technology finance team, working on: - Financial close & reconciliations : support the monthly close processes and perform reconciliations between financial systems, safeguarding accuracy and completeness in line with internal guidelines and accounting principles. - Reporting & analysis : prepare internal reports and financial analyses, including analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet movements to identify trends, risks and ...
