Job description As an operator you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You are responsible for setting the ovens, carrying out quality checks and using a forklift to supply raw materials. You start by working alongside experienced colleagues and only once you feel ready will you run shifts independently. You work in a 3-shift system with the following shifts: 07:00 to 14:30, 14:30 to 23:00 and 23:00 to 07:00. What will you do? - Setting and monitoring the ovens during the production process; - Carrying out quality checks to ensure the product meets the required standards; - Using a forklift to supply raw materials to the production line; - Working independently during your shift after a thorough training period.
