Patron Capital, a real estate investor, is looking to recruit for its Luxembourg based activities a (m/f): Senior Accountant Your profile: - Bachelor or master degree in accounting or similar; - Minimum 5 years experience in Luxembourg ideally in a trust company or a real estate Fund. - Solid experience in tax compliance & knowledge of transfer pricing - Ability to produce regular reporting with stringent deadlines. - Fluent written and spoken English and French is mandatory; working knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish appreciated. - Good knowledge of IT in general and accounting software (Demasy is an asset); Your main responsibilities: - Ensure your portfolio of accounting files are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. - provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, as applicable. - Compliance with and maintenance of accounting control procedures, - Prepare other financial management reports on an ad hoc or periodic basis, as requested. - Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements (including periodic accounts) and specific fund reporting. - Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. - Monitor tax compliance and support solution of taxation issues. - Provide input for transfer pricing reports - Preparation and coordination of financial audits. - Ensure efficient and proactive communication with internal and external parties.
