Description: IT Project Manager (m/f/x) Main duties: • Define technical project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path and the dedicated project costs • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Be the key contact with other departments on the dedicated projects • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors • Conduct project debriefing and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management • Depending on the project, be the responsible for execution or coordination of support tasks • Occasionally act as a deputy for other team members Required profile: Minimum required criteria: • Be holder of a bachelor degree “BAC& 3” in Information Technology, Sciences, Economy or equivalent combination of education and experience on a similar position • Provide a proven experience in Project Management • Have strong leadership skills • Demonstrate a strong affinity for a wide range of software applications • Have user skills in project management tools and applications • Have an advanced command of standard office applications • Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written) • Accept Duty Travel • Have good presentation skills Desired or to be acquired criteria: • Must provide an effort in the undeveloped language • Shall learn and apply new technologies • Be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Be able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Have strong organizational skills • Be accurate, detail oriented and reliable • Show a strong ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company • Show user skills in the tools used in the department The ideal candidate: • Be certified in project management practises • Have knowledge and / or experience in the field of airline and tour operator systems • Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
