Holdkraft is looking for skilled and motivated Car Painters to join a professional automotive workshop in Esbjerg. We are seeking candidates who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and have experience within automotive painting and refinishing. As a Car Painter, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, carrying out high-quality paintwork, and ensuring that every finished vehicle meets professional standards. Your responsibilities: Preparing vehicles and surfaces for painting Masking, sanding and priming vehicle parts Mixing and applying paint according to specifications Polishing and finishing painted surfaces Performing quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish Maintaining a clean and safe working environment We are looking for candidates who have: Previous experience as a Car Painter or relevant vocational qualifications Experience with automotive refinishing and spray painting Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently as well as part of a team English or Danish language skills A valid driving licence is considered an advantage We offer: Full-time employment under a Danish contract Salary of 190–240 DKK per hour , depending on qualifications and experience Stable long-term employment with a reputable employer Immediate start for the right candidate A modern and professional working environment Support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process Assistance with practical matters related to starting work in Denmark If you are an experienced Car Painter looking for a stable opportunity in Denmark, we would be happy to hear from you.
