To support the successful execution of its strategic ambitions, our client is currently looking for a Strategic Change Analyst to join its Brussels-based office. Jobomschrijving Support the definition, structuring and monitoring of the Business Unit strategic roadmap Translate strategic priorities into compelling communication materials, executive presentations and impactful storytelling Prepare presentations, reports and strategic updates for senior management and executive committees Conduct business and strategic analyses to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities Perform ad hoc studies related to profitability, operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and innovation Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights Contribute to the optimization and simplification of internal processes across the business unit Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation projects and change management activities Support the annual budgeting process and oversee the monitoring of business unit operating expenses Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts and management reporting Collaborate closely with Finance teams on cost allocation, financial planning and performance monitoring Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Finance to ensure alignment on financial objectives and priorities Drive continuous improvement initiatives within budgeting, reporting and governance processes Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Insurance or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, project management, transformation or change management Strong understanding of the Life Insurance sector , including products, regulations and market dynamics Experience supporting strategic planning, business transformation and roadmap execution Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting Proven ability to create impactful presentations and deliver effective executive-level storytelling Experience in process improvement and cross-functional project coordination Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business functions Highly organized, autonomous and capable of challenging assumptions in a constructive manner Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear conclusions to management Fluency in French/Dutch and English , both written and spoken.
