Role Summary

As Sales Manager, you will:

Drive the adoption of the product portfolio among orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical partnersDrive top line revenue growth in the UKExecute the full sales cycle—from lead generation and relationship building to contract negotiation and closure (with Global Sales Director)Collaborate with back office, marketing, product development, quality and logistics teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutionsReport directly to the Global Sales Director Drive and perform territory driven salesRepresent the company at regional trade shows, congresses, and professional eventsBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with heads of surgery, hospital administrators and OR decision-makersDevelop, execute, and continually refine a regional sales strategy aligned with company goalsConduct product demonstrations and training sessions highlighting key value propositionsReport sales performance metrics and forecast effectivelyProvide market insights and competitive intelligence that inform product development and go-to-market planningRequirements

Experience: 2+ years in sales within med-tech, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries—preferred exposure to orthopaedics or operating-room technologies

Motivationand interest in working with a med-tech company. Proven track record in territory-driven sales, punctuated by quantifiable achievementsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-starter with tactical thinking, planning, and organisational capabilitiesAbility to travel regularly (up to 70%) within your region for client engagements and events Great communication skills in English (both speaking and writing) Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a bonusBenefits
