About this role

Qualification: MBA Executive / Finance / Business Administration / Project Management Experience: 10 years proven experience in the relevant fields Domicile Quota: Open Location of Job: Astore, Gilgit Baltistan Test City: Islamabad Job Specification: • Responsible for assistance in procurement of all non schedule items of the Programme; • To exercise the; administrative as well as financial powers to the extent delegated for the execution of the project; • To devise mechanism and execute for procurement of non-scheduled items of the project in accordance with PPRA and other relevant GFR/TRs; • To ensure the maintenance of procurement record and proper delivery of procured items to designated institutions; • Preparation and Submission of budget (NIS/BO), monitoring/supervision of monthly expenditure, conduct of internal audit and coordination with external auditor in respect of project expenditure. • To be the DDO of the project • Reconciliation of monthly expenditure; • Verification of claims, preparation of bills and their presentation for pre-audit and authorization of payment; • Maintenance of Work Plan/Cash Plan and accounts record; • Release of funds from Finance/planning; • Reply to the audit observations pertaining to project; • Preparation of-working papers for DAC/PAC meetings; and • Any other duty assigned by the higher authorities.

The posts will be filled purely on the contract basis as per the project pay package admissible for the PSDP-funded project staff. Initially, the contract will be awarded for a period upto 30th June, 2027 which can be further extended annually, upon satisfactory performance, till the life of the respective projects.
