Job Description: Overview We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Associate Software Engineer to join our growing automation and innovation team. This role blends Microsoft Power Platform development with general software engineering, full-stack application development, and emerging Agentic AI solutions. You will help design, build, and maintain enterprise applications, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows that streamline business processes and improve productivity across the organization.
This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who can work across low-code and pro-code platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Node.js, React, Python, APIs, and cloud-connected services. The role requires strong technical curiosity, disciplined engineering practices, and the ability to contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable business solutions under the guidance of senior team members and solution architects.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Development: Build functional business applications, workflows, and integrations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Node.js, React, Python, APIs, and related enterprise platforms. • Full-Stack Engineering: Contribute to front-end, back-end, and integration work across React-based user experiences, Node.js services, Python utilities, REST APIs, and database-backed applications. • Agentic AI Enablement: Assist in designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, agent-based solutions, prompt-driven automations, and integrations that connect business data, applications, and user actions in controlled and auditable ways. • Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, validate technical approaches, and deliver on project goals. • Engineering Standards: Follow team standards for source control, code quality, naming conventions, solution layering, security roles, testing, documentation, deployment, and supportability.
Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience building software solutions using a mix of Power Platform, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, APIs, or related technologies. • Understanding of application design, business logic, data relationships, API integrations, UI layout, and secure development practices. • Exposure to data sources and platforms such as Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, REST services, JSON, and external system integrations. • Ability to troubleshoot issues, test solutions, work through ambiguity, and communicate technical concepts clearly with both technical and business stakeholders. • Growth mindset with an interest in enterprise software engineering, Power Platform, cloud services, automation, and responsible use of AI-assisted or agentic development patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building or supporting model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse tables, plugins, custom connectors, or Power Platform ALM pipelines. • Experience with React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Git, CI/CD, or cloud-hosted application services. • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, orchestration patterns, enterprise data grounding, or responsible AI controls. • Exposure to environment management, DLP policies, application security, identity concepts, role-based access control, logging, monitoring, or production support practices.
The Compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $105,00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
