Responsável em realizar atendimento ativo via telefone e chat aos clientes da Ticket Log do segmento de manutenção, dando suporte na utilização da nossa plataforma e acompanhando os processos.
Atividade:
• Contato ativo via telefone, chat e WhatsApp • Realizar atendimento identificando a necessidade do cliente e solucionando os seus questionamentos • Atuação em protocolos administrativos e backoffice • Registrar os atendimentos através de sistemas interno • Acompanhar e sugerir melhorias de sistemas e processos.
Pré requisitos:
• Ensino Médio Completo • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente será um diferencial • Ter resiliência, empatia e pró atividade • Gostar de trabalhar em equipe • Conhecimento do Pacote Office.
