Job Title: General Warehouse Associate Location: 300 Cardinal Drive, Marengo, Ohio 43334 Job Type: Full-Time Opportunities Available Join Our Dollar Tree Family – Where Hard Work Meets Opportunity We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Marengo, Ohio. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.
Schedule and Shifts Hiring for the following shifts:
•Shift 1-Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:00 pm. ($20.50 hr. base pay) •Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift Premium totaling $21.50/hr.) •Shift 3- Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $22.00/hr.) •Shift 4- Saturday and Sunday 6am-6:30pm + Two 8-hour Shifts during the week. ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $22.00/hr.)

What You’ll Do: Receiving Department: · Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe. · Meet production goals Shipping Department: · Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe. · Meet production goals. Order Selection Department: · Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes · Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe · Meet production goals. What You Bring: · No certifications required – just a strong work ethic. · Safety Mindset – 100% Commitment. · Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes or more per hour. · Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required. · Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift. · Reliable attendance and transportation. · Dependability and team spirit.
