About this role
Controller Coordinator: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent required) with a postgraduate specialization in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, financial control, or auditing. Bilingual in English (B2/C1 or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, tax compliance, ERP systems, and financial analysis. Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and supporting business decision-making in a dynamic, international environment.
