Job summary This is a care assistant role at the Kings Lodge Nursing Home, a 77-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home in Chichester, West Sussex. Main duties of the job As a care assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care team to ensure that each resident's needs are met. The role requires empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will be expected to work 33 hours per week, with 3 x 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
No specific qualifications are required, but previous experience in a care setting or a demonstrable interest in working with the elderly would be advantageous.
