Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant at Ivy Court, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and person-centered care to the residents. The role offers a 33-hour per week contract, with a mix of day and night shifts, as well as alternate weekends. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
No specific qualifications are required, but experience in a care setting or a demonstrable interest in the care sector would be advantageous. A compassionate and empathetic nature, as well as a commitment to providing the best possible care for residents, are essential for this role.
