Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including maintaining a valid license Art. 180a for managing a trust company in Liechtenstein. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company’s practices are aligned. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fiduciary services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in fiduciary services, trust management, or a related field. Proven track record of managing client portfolios or bringing in new clients. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services and regulatory requirements in Liechtenstein.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

Must hold a valid license 180a to manage a trust company in Liechtenstein.
