Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall clinic performance and ensure achievement of KPIs. Lead and motivate a growing team of orthodontists, dental assistants, and sales staff. Communicate company vision and foster a high-performing, aligned team culture. Monitor and report on sales goals and conversion rates on a daily and weekly basis. Manage clinic budget and objectives; analyze results and implement improvement plans. Build strong connections with patients to inspire confidence and satisfaction. Ensure adherence to sales processes and accurate tracking procedures. Handle escalated patient issues with professionalism and empathy. Organize and coordinate clinical staff scheduling and staffing needs. Participate in recruitment, training, performance feedback, and when necessary, contract terminations. Guarantee compliance with legal and hygiene standards. Support marketing initiatives including hosting influencers, photo shoots, and potential appearances in social media videos. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) through excellent customer experience and clinic presentation. Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the dental or healthcare sector is a strong plus.
Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset.
Strong goal orientation and independence in daily work.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Fluent in German and English (required)
