Key job responsibilities - Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries/entities - Execute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net) - Complete standard accounting reconciliations - Resolve payroll queries - Support vendor relationships and performance management - Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teams - Suggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodology - Support payroll components of strategic initiatives - Deliver on payroll part of country expansion projects - Contribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Upkeep of payroll processes and inventory (SOPs, process maps etc.) - Raise blockers and issues senior analysts and managers
