Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization is redefining how over a million employees interact with HR systems, policies, and processes through conversational AI. As a Software Engineer on the Aza team, you will own the technical design and build for our generative AI assistant at a moment when the underlying technology is advancing faster than at any point in our industry's history. Aza serves hundreds of thousands of Amazonians daily across dozens of HR-domain integrations, including compensation, benefits, time-off, hiring, and organizational management. We're expanding: bringing more PXT experiences into conversational workflows, building platform capabilities (skills, memory, personalization) that make the assistant smarter with every interaction, and driving the operational fundamentals (accuracy, latency, quality) that earn employee trust at scale. You will design, build, and ship production AI systems. To fuel this mission, we are growing our Engineering team in Hyderabad (HYD13).
