Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization is redefining how employees interact with HR systems, policies, and processes through conversational AI. As a Senior Software Engineer on our AI-powered HR assistant team, you will own the technical architecture, design, and build for our generative AI platform at a moment when the underlying technology is advancing faster than at any point in our industry's history. Our conversational AI assistant serves Amazonians at scale across multiple HR domains, helping employees navigate everyday workplace needs seamlessly. We're expanding: bringing more HR experiences into conversational workflows, building advanced platform capabilities that make the assistant smarter with every interaction, and driving the operational fundamentals (accuracy, latency, quality) that earn employee trust. You will architect, design, build, and ship production AI systems. To fuel this mission, we are growing our Engineering team in Hyderabad.
