About this role
We are looking for detail-oriented Operations Associates on fixed tenure to join our Supply Chain Inbound Operations team on a 5-day rotational shift (inclusive of weekends). This is a contractual role. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Flow Management: Coordinate between Supply chain, Line haul/Surface, scheduling teams, and site operations to ensure uninterrupted inbound flow at the fulfillment center. Real-time Issue Resolution: Identify and solve supply chain–related issues in real time by engaging the right stakeholders and driving quick resolution. Proactive Issue Identification: Monitor inbound operations flow, anticipate potential bottlenecks or disruptions, and highlight them to respective teams before they escalate. Scheduling & Planning Support: Resolve queries and blockers faced by the site ops team to ensure scheduling and inbound operations run as per plan. Dwell Monitoring: Track unloading dwell times, flag deviations, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize vehicle turnaround time. Exception & Contingency Handling: Manage exception scenarios (e.g., scheduling failures, capacity constraints, unplanned surges) and drive contingency plans to maintain operational continuity. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with carriers, NOC, and internal teams to keep all teams aligned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse ops, transportation, planning, category) to resolve execution bottlenecks Basic Requirement: 1+ yrs of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations and FC Inbound Operations. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including weekends Good communication skills and attention to detail Detail-Oriented Executor: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks accurately and consistently. Curious Problem Solver: Eagerness to dive into data, ask the right questions, and identify the root cause of operational issues — even with limited prior experience.
