This isn't a typical barista job. You'll master our signature blending philosophy, crafting bold specialty teas and fragrant lattes with equal parts precision and soul.

Who You Are:
* 2+ years in a high-volume café or bar environment ? you know how to move behind the bar with a team.
* Detail-obsessed. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.
* Emotionally intelligent ? you can read a room, connect with guests, and educate without ego.
* Food Handlers Certification is a strong asset.
