About this role

*About the Role*

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Licensed Condominium Manager* to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of a portfolio of condominium communities, ensuring exceptional service to condominium boards and residents while maintaining compliance with all applicable legislation and governing documents.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of condominium corporations and act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, contractors, and stakeholders. * Attend and facilitate board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and owners' meetings. * Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, and follow-up action items. * Ensure compliance with condominium legislation, bylaws, policies, and regulations. * Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and preventative maintenance programs. * Manage service contracts and vendor relationships, including tendering and contract negotiations. * Oversee operating budgets, review financial statements, and assist boards with annual budget preparation. * Respond promptly to owner and resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies. * Conduct regular property inspections and provide recommendations for building improvements. * Assist with reserve fund planning and implementation of capital projects. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned properties.

Qualifications

* Valid *Condominium Manager License* in good standing. * Minimum of 1?5 years of condominium or property management experience. * Strong knowledge of condominium legislation, governance, and best practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Availability to attend evening board meetings and respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.

*Salary Range:* $70,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience, portfolio size, and qualifications).
