*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time role is essential to maintaining smooth warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and supporting timely deliveries to our customers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently * Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment * Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management * Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) * Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory systems
*Schedule & Compensation:*
* Full-time (40 hours/week) * Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM ? 4:00 PM
