*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and consistency * Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change * Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards * Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items when needed * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service * Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food items * Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
*Qualifications*
* Previous *Barista experience* or background in the *food industry* is preferred * Strong *customer service* skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers * Familiarity with *POS systems*, especially *Micros POS*, for efficient order processing * Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately * Knowledge of *food safety* standards and proper *food handling* procedures * Excellent *time management* skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Previous experience in *serving*, *food preparation*, or *food service* is advantageous
