*Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide evidence-based treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation programs, and patient education. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. * Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. * Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering compassionate and high-quality care. * Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
*Skills*
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. * Experience treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports injury, or neurological conditions is considered an asset but is not required.
