*TrueCraft Maritime Renovations* is seeking an experienced *Renovator* to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations and are looking for someone versatile, reliable, and skilled across multiple trades.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform a wide range of renovation tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, *tiling*, trim, and basic plumbing/electrical (as permitted) * Install doors, trims, cabinets, vanities, and fixtures * Complete *tile installations* for bathrooms, showers, floors, and backsplashes * Complete demolition, prep work, and site cleanup * Minor framing adjustments (blocking, rough openings, backing) * Work with Project Manager to maintain timelines * Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
*Requirements*
* 3+ years experience in residential renovations * Strong skills in carpentry, finishing, *tiling*, and interior remodeling * Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site * Must have own tools + reliable transportation * Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements * Professional, respectful, and detail-oriented * Red Seal certificate will be a great asset
