*Position Overview*
Premier Building Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dependable *Construction Labourer / Lead Hand* to join our team on the *Mosaic Project in Taradale, Calgary*. We are looking for a motivated professional with *5+ years of construction experience* who takes pride in producing quality work, maintaining a safe job site, and supporting project success.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can work independently, coordinate daily labour activities, assist skilled trades, and mentor junior labourers when required. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify priorities while maintaining productivity and site safety in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preference will be given to local candidates with experience in commercial, concrete, or wood-frame multi-family construction.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist skilled trades on site (carpenters, framers, etc.) * Load and unload materials and equipment * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Perform general labour duties as required * Follow site safety protocols and company procedures

* *Clean Drivers Abstract* * Previous construction experience * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Ability to perform physically demanding work * Reliable transportation to Dead Man?s Flats * Willingness to learn and grow within the company
