Pharmacy Assistant Location: Regina, SaskatchewanPosition Type: Full-TimeWage: $18.00 $27.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) About the Position We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have previous community pharmacy experience and a strong working knowledge of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System. Qualifications Minimum 1 to 2 years of pharmacy assistant experience in a community pharmacy setting.Strong knowledge and experience using the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with prescription processing, data entry, and third-party billing is considered an asset. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and processing.Enter prescriptions accurately into the Kroll system.Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of medications.Process insurance and third-party claims.Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.Maintain pharmacy records and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures.Support daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
