*Position Summary*
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Warehouse worker* to support our shipping teams for both local and international orders.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Pick fresh, frozen and dry goods and prepare them for shipping. * Prepare boxes and materials for shipping orders. * Pack seafood items as required for shipping * Receive and inspect incoming shipments of fresh and frozen seafood products * Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records * Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely * Report any damaged or spoiled products to supervisors * Label products and boxes according to shipping or regulatory requirements * Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified or trained) * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety and handling procedures
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in a warehouse an asset. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly * Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment (protective gear provided) * A valid, clean Class 5 Driver?s License is an asset but not required
Pay: $18.00 per hour
