*Responsibilities*
* Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit * Operate and troubleshoot arcade machines to ensure they are functioning properly * Assist guests with game instructions, rules, and prize redemption processes * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including game stations and surrounding spaces * Handle cash transactions accurately for game credits, prizes, or food sales when applicable * Engage with guests through friendly conversation, public speaking, and promoting upcoming events or specials
*Experience*
* Prior experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred, but not required * Strong communication skills to confidently speak with diverse guest groups * Proven customer service background * Experience handling cash transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
