About this role
*Overview* We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Account Manager to join our team. This role involves working with our team on management of a large volume of event details and communicating promptly with clients to capture and deliver on their expectations.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills are a must, including the ability to negotiate effectively and present persuasively.
As an Account Manager, you?ll be responsible for meeting with clients, both virtually and in person, in order to prepare audio visual solutions for their events. This may also require demonstrations on some weekends.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. You will be trained on software used by S4 (FLEX, Zoho, etc)
Base salary of 50k to 60k (commensurate with experience) and a lucrative commission structure .

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients for a variety of event types * Identify client expectations and promptly provide detailed quotes to meet their requirements and budgets * Provide prompt customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction * Maintain established company protocols and procedures * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
