About this role
Twin Oaks Farm is an Equestrian Centre in Richmond, BC. We are looking to add 2 Part Time, or 1 Full Time member to our team. Looking for someone who is willing to work at least one weekend day. Full day shifts (7:30-4 with a 1-hour lunch break) are available.
Applicant must have experience working with and handling horses. Individuals must be reliable, motivated, able to work independently or in a team, and have horse knowledge. Previous experience working with horses is a requirement for this job.
Transportation needed. We are located approximately 25-minute walk from nearest bus route. Wage will vary depending on experience levels.

Job Description:
- Stall and paddock cleaning
- Handling horses (turning in and out daily, placing horses on/off treadmill, etc)
- Feeding (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Property maintenance and cleaning
- Using gas and electric blowers
- Keeping interior spaces clean and tidy
This is a very physical job with a lot of walking and lifting. (Lifting hay bales, cleaning stalls, etc). Individual must be able to keep up with pace (approximately 5 stalls per hour). During a workday, an individual will be on their feet for most of the day.
