*Full-Time Job Coach * Leduc, AB | Monday?Friday, 7 hrs/day
Leduc LINX Connect Centre is a non-profit supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. We?re looking for a full-time *Job Coach* to help clients succeed in meaningful employment and community involvement.
*What You?ll Do:*
* Support clients in learning and maintaining workplace skills * Transport clients to and from work and activities * Assist with resumes, job searches, and workplace integration * Build relationships with employers and advocate for inclusive hiring * Keep accurate daily notes and reports
*What You Bring:*
* High School Diploma (Human Services education/experience an asset) * First Aid with CPR/AED (or willing to obtain within 90 days) * Valid Class 5 license, reliable vehicle with $2M liability insurance, and clean driver?s abstract * Strong documentation, computer, and communication skills * Clear criminal and intervention record checks
