As we expand our operations with a brand-new dine-in section, we are seeking a dedicated individual with proven experience in culinary arts and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold food safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
-Experience in cooking Levantine/Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Proficiency in using various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to communicate in both English and Arabic.
