*The Role*
* Assist with prep, cooking, plating, and dishwashing during peak service times * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations * Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards precisely * Lift and move items up to 50 lbs and handle hot, busy periods * Collaborate closely with chefs and line cooks to ensure smooth operations
