• Handle and transport materials to support construction activities • Prepare job sites for construction tasks • Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of the work area • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment • Provide direct assistance to a skilled tradesperson on-site • Perform basic carpentry tasks as needed • Clean sites thoroughly to ensure safety and organization Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license • Dependable vehicle • Basic carpentry knowledge • Experience in material handling • Physical stamina to endure manual labor and frequent travel • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Awareness of construction site safety and procedures • Willingness to learn • Clean police record
