We're looking for a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. At The Workshop Performance Clinic, we believe in a partnership model between patient and practitioner, establishing shared goals and building a clear path toward achieving them. Both of our clinic owners come from professional sport backgrounds, having experienced elite-level rehabilitation firsthand. Their mission has always been to bring that same quality of care to every patient who walks through our doors, athlete or not.
*About Us*
The Workshop is a multidisciplinary health clinic based in Vancouver and Port Moody, focused on sports performance, rehabilitation, and educating and empowering individuals to manage their conditions. All treatment sessions are one-on-one, and our practitioners draw on a combination of manual therapy, shockwave therapy, dry needling, cupping, Graston technique, muscle and joint mobilization, exercise prescription, and group exercise classes.

The ideal candidate is warm, confident, and deeply committed to their patients' progress. You'll be joining a team that values evidence-based practice, clinical curiosity, and a high standard of individualized care.
*Requirements:*
* Current registration (and in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapists of BC (CPTBC) * Professional Liability Insurance * City of Vancouver Business License * 2+ years of physiotherapy experience * Saturday availability
*Criteria:*
* Practices by CPTBC standards and evidence-based clinical principles * Passionate about empowering patients and promoting long-term wellness * Provides individualized rehabilitation programs through assessment, treatment, education, exercise prescription, and outcome evaluation * Strong foundation in soft-tissue and manual therapy techniques * Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team and with a diverse patient population * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Additional modalities, such as dry needling or shockwave therapy are a significant asset * Experience with electronic charting (JaneApp preferred)
