```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records using *Tracker software*
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist
- Proficiency in using dental office software *Tracker*
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
