Job Description Job DescriptionField Service Technician CR Concrete Lifting Sherwood Park, AB $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Full-Time Seasonal | August through Mid-November Looking for more than another construction job? CR Concrete Lifting is growing, and we're looking for an experienced professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. We specialize in polyurethane concrete lifting and stabilization, helping homeowners and businesses restore concrete without the cost of replacement. Previous concrete lifting experience is not required. We'll teach you our specialized trade. What we're looking for is someone who already knows how to lead a crew, communicate with customers, troubleshoot problems, and take pride in producing quality work. What You'll Do
• Complete residential and commercial concrete lifting projects. • Lead or support a two to three-person field team. • Diagnose site conditions and develop practical solutions. • Work directly with homeowners and commercial customers. • Operate company trucks and specialized equipment. • Maintain clean, organized vehicles, trailers, and tools. • Ensure projects meet our quality and safety standards. • Help improve our systems, processes, and customer experience. We're Looking For Someone With
• 2 to 5 years of experience leading or coordinating a crew. • 2 to 5 years of customer-facing experience. • 2 to 5 years of troubleshooting, repairing, building, installing, or maintaining equipment, structures, or systems. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • A reputation for reliability, accountability, and professionalism. • A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record. • The ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
