*Position: Shift Manager ? Liberty Village*
We are seeking a *motivated, experienced Shift Manager* to join our leadership team. In this role, you?ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting our staff in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities*
* Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, including service and takeout (third-party platforms included). * Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service. * Support and develop staff performance, skills, and professional growth. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations. * Monitor and verify server, bar, and host cashouts and side duties. * Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed. * Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. * Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
*Requirements & Skills*
* Valid *Smart Serve certification*. * Minimum *2 years of experience* in the restaurant or hospitality industry. * Food Handlers. * *Bartending knowledge*. * Strong *leadership and team management* skills. * Excellent *communication*, both verbal and written. * Experience with *cash handling* and POS systems (an asset). * Thorough understanding of *food safety* and cleanliness standards. * Ability to *multitask and stay composed under pressure*. * A genuine passion for *exceptional food, service, and hospitality*.
