In this role, you will apply energy analysis techniques, software-based energy modeling, and building science fundamentals to support program participants, complete model reviews, perform site visits, and contribute to the overall success of the Custom Program. Experience with non-residential and/or multi-unit residential applications is particularly valuable based on current program participation.Key Responsibilities · Administer a portfolio of new construction and major renovation energy efficiency projects.· Analyze new construction projects using industry-standard energy modeling software such as CanQuest/eQuest, IES VE, and HAP.· Perform energy modeling simulations and model reviews for basic project types.· Apply working knowledge of the National Energy Code for Buildings (NECB) Part 8 Standard and its application to energy models.· Work with the business development team to engage, recruit, and support customers.· Collaborate with participants, partners, and external parties to support project success and overall Custom Program outcomes.· Assist with project agreement development and administration, ensuring compliance with established regulations.· Proactively manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining the quality and accuracy of technical work.· Complete measurement and verification of energy-saving measures after projects are executed.· Assist with follow-through on evaluator and verifier recommendations for the program.· Maintain general knowledge of EfficiencyOne program materials, protocols, criteria, and program nuances.· Support marketing-related initiatives and educate participants about the program.· Perform other duties as required, including support for pilot projects.What Will Help You Succeed?· Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, a diploma in engineering technology, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.· Demonstrated experience using whole-building energy modeling software such as eQuest, HAP, and/or IES VE.· Working knowledge of building science principles related to commercial and/or multi-unit residential construction.· Strong attention to detail, customer focus, time management, and oral communication skills.· Experience independently identifying, assessing, and r
