We are currently looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
Compensation, Welcome Bonus & Relocation Support
We offer a competitive wage of *$37.00 per hour*.
Eligible hires may receive up to *$3,000 in combined bonus and relocation support*, including:
* *$1,000 Welcome Bonus* * *Up to $2,000 in relocation assistance* for those moving to Vancouver Island
Bonus and relocation support are subject to eligibility and applicable terms.

What You?ll Do
* Provide exceptional chairside support during a variety of dental procedures * Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient clinical workflow * Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and control standards * Take digital radiographs * Perform intraoral scans and clinical photography * Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring they feel comfortable and informed * Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care * Maintain accurate patient records * Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
What You Bring
* Current Licensed Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant registration in British Columbia * Experienced assistants and new graduates are both encouraged to apply * Current CPR certification * Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail * Excellent communication and patient care skills * A positive, team-focused attitude * Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience * Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
