Willow Spring Construction is looking for a full-time Construction lead hand/carpenter worker to join our highly dedicated fast-paced energetic team in Lloydminster. Since establishment in 1987, we have specialized in retail, restaurant and office tenant improvement renovations, additions, and new construction. *Job Duties*
* Assist in developing and implementing safety and loss prevention programs in compliance with Federal and Provincial legislation * Monitor safety performance of on-site workers to determine vulnerability * Identify potential hazards and hazardous materials * Perform accident investigations to gauge measures that need to be taken to prevent them the next time * Develop and submit comprehensive safety policy and procedures * Educate workers about the company?s safety policy and procedures and essential safety standards * Inspect safety related complaints such as spills, incidents, etc. * Conduct safety training and orientations * Assist with On-site Labour and Carpentry duties
*Requirements*
* 3+ years construction industry * Minimum Level 1 First aid certificate * Professional attitude and superior communication skills * Effective problem-solving skills * Labour and/or Carpentry experience an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour
