Cora?s Breakfast and Lunch is seeking a Full Time breakfast line cook to join our team. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be presentable.
To produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.
We open from 6 am- 3 pm daily. No late night shifts.
\*\* Must be able to work early morning shift (6 am) \*\*
\*\* Must be able to work ALL WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS \*\*
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
Previous experience in a full service restaurant is an asset
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Organizational Skills Adherence to company specifications Basic food handling and preparation knowledge.
Works well under pressure.
Reliable and Honest.
High tolerance for repetition.
Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dish areas
Order supplies and stock them on shelves
