About the Role
As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for the precise application of protective film to various vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate understands the importance of surface preparation, pattern fitting, and edge finishing to ensure total vehicle protection and customer satisfaction.
*Compensation*
Wage: $27.00 ? $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level).
*Key Responsibilities*
\* Perform high-quality PPF installations, including full-fronts, full-body wraps, and custom cuts.
\* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and meticulous surface preparation (decontamination, clay bar, etc.) prior to application.
\* Ensure installations are free of bubbles, lifting, or debris.
\* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
\* Communicate effectively with the team to meet production deadlines.
*Qualifications*
Experience: Proven experience as a professional PPF installer (portfolio or references required).
Skill Set: Strong proficiency in bulk installation and/or plotter-cut applications.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail
Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Automotive Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle trim, panel removal (if necessary), and automotive paint surfaces is a plus.
