*This position?s hourly rate starts at $21.00/hr*
*Availability Requirement: *Weekdays 7am ? 5pm, some Saturday?s available. Must be willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
_*As an Crusher Operator you will?*_
· Operate Stone Processing Equipment in a safe manner.
· Ensure Crusher is level at all times
· Maintain a safe and clean work area and perform general labour activities, including but not limited to shoveling in and around the belts and crusher.
· Check stockpiles to ensure product quality and mix material to desired consistency
· Perform daily checks on conveyors, screen deck and crusher box
· Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance work on machinery
· Report crusher issues and required wear parts to the supervisor in a timely manner
· Monitor the plant to ensure the plant is running safely and production is consistent. listen to unusal noise or indications for errors.
· Coordinate with Division Supervisor, Productions Supervisor and or Managerial Personnel
· Follow all applicable Company Policies & Procedures
· Follow Ministry, Company, Manufacturer Health and Safety, and Operational Policies.
· Complete all paperwork and documentation required thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner.
\*\*\*Please Note: This is a Full Time outside job, running 12 months of the year.
_*The experience and education we need?*_
· Previous crusher operator experience is required
· Ability to work under pressure, with great attention to detail
· Excellent time management, with the ability to meet key deadlines in a fast paced environment
· Ability to contribute to a positive work environment through actions and attitude
· Superb reliability; complete tasks in a timely manner, arrive on time every day, meet deadlines and follow through on requests for help
· Must be flexible for shift changes that may be required by business demands
