Boeder Farms is a family owned business of over 10 years and looking to expand.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking farm worker to join our farm. The main responsibilities will be the feeding and taking care of calves and other cattle. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate heavy equipment, perform manual labour, and work in all weather conditions.
Main responsibilities include:
- Bottle feeding baby calves
- Feeding cattle
- Bedding and cleaning out of pens
- Processing of cattle
- Operate (and maintain) farm machinery and equipment, including the use of power tools
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labour
- Use hand tools to perform various tasks on the farm like fixing fencing and pens
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labour for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bonuses:
- Knowledge of farming practices and techniques
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Construction knowledge

Starting wage: $19-$22 per hour based on experience
