Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Dispatching. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve work methods. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Supervision: Delivery drivers. Truck drivers. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
