Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Cut agricultural crops. Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Flexible hours. Day. Weekend.
