About this role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Optical dispensary. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 3-4 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check.
